I got a last minute deal for €53 for one night and the price was good value for what I found. The rooms were dated, but clean. The location was good, which made it good value for money and the staff were helpful.

Its good resort to visit if you are living in the south of Spain as its just a drive away however its not recommended to fly into it from overseas as its pricy most apartment based accommodation are run down and also pricy and resort facilities in terms of getting passes etc is badly organized and not foreign speaking friendly at all! There is also not much to do there for small kids as they restricting accesses with sledges etc to majority of the areas and only allocating small 'Play park' zone for families

When we visted during Christmas week, it had not snowed yet other than ONE time this season... so we didn´t have many slopes open. But, the 10 or 15 that were open, were enough -- mostly green, blue and a red or two. I think there are some 50, most of them were closed because there wasn´t enough snow.
Christmas week was perfect as far as crowds go. We left the 28th, and the New Year people were arriving. If we go again, I would NEVER, EVER go New Years weekend. It was MOBBED! WAY too many people. Felt like I was part of a seal colony - could not ski without hitting someone, lines were too crowded --- just packed.
Eating out in Sierra Nevada is just too expensive for the quality. We at out a few times, but ended up cooking in most of the time. (family of 5 adults)

Quite well facilitated for all levels of skiers. Friendly, convenient, our ski school was just great. Granada trips only 45 minutes away. Good roads to get to. Different types of cafes right by the slopes.

Position of the hotel and the ski lockers
Position of the hotel and the ski lockers
Ski locker door difficult to open so often propped open The resort is well served with lifts and good variety of runs
The village is vehicle free and easy to get around Some good places to eat and drink.
The apartment is perfect for a stay in the Sierra Nevada mountains. It is perfectly equipped with everything you need (small kitchen with fridge etc...). It has a balcony with an amazing view and it is close to the center of the ski resort where you will find a few bars and restaurants. It is a great place, with a nice atmosphere. The location is close to the start of many hikes accessible either walking or by car, in only a few minutes. I can imagine it is also absolutely ideal during winter time, to access the ski lifts.
The location of the hotel is perfect, in the middle of the plaza in Pradollano. Every room has a locker downstairs, so you can put the skiing materials there overnight. It is a couple of minutes walk to the cable cars up to the mountain.
The rooms are a bit dated but functional. Same goes for the gym.
The breakfast has plenty of variety.
The spa is very large and not too crowded.
Parking at around €25 per day, similar to public parkings nearby but with direct access to the hotel.
The host was flexible with the time of checkin. The keys were in a lockbox. The apartment was nice and warm and the decoration was nice. Bathroom with a good shower and extractor. The towels were a good size and nice and thick. The beds overall were good. Wifi and TV all worked well. The location is good for walking to the main ski-lifts (5-10 min) and if you like the Sierra Nevada nightlife, being very close to the main disco/bar.
Location is great and the hotel is very good! Love the indoor pool that helps to rest after a long day snowboarding but what will make me come back to the hotel for sure is the staff. The lady from the SPA is extremely nice and the lady at the breakfast (they unfortunately I forgot her name) is the nicest and happiest worker I’ve met. Of course all of the others in the hotel were great but these two women made the difference.
The ability to be able to ski in and out from the hotel, and also purchase the lift pass and hire ski equipment on site was great. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful and the price of drinks in the bar and sunny apres ski terrace were very reasonable. The bedroom was warm and comfortable with plenty of hot water. We will book again in the future.
Great hotel in such a fabulous location for everything. Really friendly, lovely staff, especially Angie/Antje the main receptionist, who recommended the best ski hire and places to eat.
Bars below offering a wide variety of food to suit all tastes. The hotel is on the main level with the town and all facilities. 5 minutes walk to the main gondola stations.
A welcoming and comfortable hotel. Very convenient for the ski resort; being only a short drive away. Staff were friendly and made us feel most welcome. We’d highly recommend Hotel Sulayr and it’d be the first place we’d look at returning to for our next trip.
Have stayed here a couple of times as its really close to ski lift and main square and parking available (at a cost). Hotel pool and spa area is really nice. The bar / Tapas restaurant is great for Apres Ski drink - especially when its sunny!
Location, close to Ski Lifts and all Village Facilities, Ski Ticket Office, Ski Hire, Bars, Restaurants, etc. Secure Car Park directly next to hotel lower entrance, discounted for Guests.
Excellent location, nice and cozy winter decoration. Ski lockers available at the main ski lift. Direct access to the hotel from the underground parking.
