From the moment we checked in, until the moment we left - the service we received was nothing short of exceptional and exceeded many of the 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in. When the team found out that it was my partners birthday, they went absolutely above and beyond to provide dinner recommendations, reservations, book spa treatments and surprise us with wine & cake free of charge. A particular standout, Lara makes my hall of fame for customer centricity - our time in Palma and the birthday we celebrated wouldn’t have had half the excitement without her help and I already look forward to staying again.
