Loli and Pablo are very nice and responsive. The place is also very comfortable. The parking is nearby. However, it is small for four adults. It's more for family I guess. For 4 adults, it's fine for a few days stays.

Super friendly greeting on arrival with lots of local information from Francisco. Great location, short walk to centre of Merida and short walk to the river for walking the dog. Quiet at night. Small supermarket opposite. Excellent value for money and spotlessly clean. A kettle would be useful in the kitchen. Parking was easy in the Jose Fernandez car park using the Telpark parking app and reasonable E8 for 24 hours. 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Diego is the sweetest, kindest most helpful man, he met me at the apartment on arrival to hand over the keys and even carried my suitcase upstairs and down again on departure. The apartment is lovely, bright and spacious, very stylish and comfortable with some fabulous little designer touches. There is sufficient kitchen equipment to cook light meals, the lounge/dinning area is homey, there's even a terrace. Nice bedroom, very comfortable bed with quality linens, two excellent bathrooms, good wifi, it really was a pleasure to stay there. Diego even left a bowl of fruit, water and milk for m arrival. I'll definitely return.

fantastic spacious ground floor apartment well equipped with a large secure courtyard for the bicycles. its in a square of bars restaurants with mostly locals and was purchased favourite part of the city. its also just a stones throw from the main Roman sites . cant recommend enough

It is impeccably clean and equipped with everything one can need for a short stay. The owner is very kind - Ms Lali has waited for us to hand in the keys and has given us a warm welcome. Very good location, just a few minutes walk to the Teatro Romano and the National Museum of Roman Art, and about 15-20 minutes walk to the city centre.
