It was warm, live fire was a pleasant bonus. An underground parking saved us a lot of efforts when the snowstorm started. Dishwasher and sauna shower were at our disposal, very handy. The supermarket is only 15min walk.

Its good resort to visit if you are living in the south of Spain as its just a drive away however its not recommended to fly into it from overseas as its pricy most apartment based accommodation are run down and also pricy and resort facilities in terms of getting passes etc is badly organized and not foreign speaking friendly at all! There is also not much to do there for small kids as they restricting accesses with sledges etc to majority of the areas and only allocating small 'Play park' zone for families

When we visted during Christmas week, it had not snowed yet other than ONE time this season... so we didn´t have many slopes open. But, the 10 or 15 that were open, were enough -- mostly green, blue and a red or two. I think there are some 50, most of them were closed because there wasn´t enough snow.
Christmas week was perfect as far as crowds go. We left the 28th, and the New Year people were arriving. If we go again, I would NEVER, EVER go New Years weekend. It was MOBBED! WAY too many people. Felt like I was part of a seal colony - could not ski without hitting someone, lines were too crowded --- just packed.
Eating out in Sierra Nevada is just too expensive for the quality. We at out a few times, but ended up cooking in most of the time. (family of 5 adults)

Quite well facilitated for all levels of skiers.
Quite well facilitated for all levels of skiers. Friendly, convenient, our ski school was just great. Granada trips only 45 minutes away. Good roads to get to. Different types of cafes right by the slopes.

Position of the hotel and the ski lockers
Position of the hotel and the ski lockers
Ski locker door difficult to open so often propped open The resort is well served with lifts and good variety of runs
The village is vehicle free and easy to get around Some good places to eat and drink.
We stayed here in July and got a very good deal for the apartment. If you want to avoid the heat of Granada but still be 40 min away, this is an excellent choice. Also, it is close to some of the highest peaks in Spain, which we visited as well.
The apartment was very nice and contained everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Lots of space, great wifi, and very comfy beds.
Also underground parking space which our car very much appreciated.
Just what we needed, for a night to have two days of skiing at a Sierra Nevada, 10mins drive to the slope, and 10min drive to restaurants and supermarket. Señor Pepe is very friendly, attentive and helpful, great recommendation for a cosy local restaurant for dinner. Property was clean and had what we needed to make easy breakfast before heading to the slope. Super value for money.
We were received by very welcoming staff Antonio. The apartment was spotless clean. The kitchen & fridge were well stocked-up with essentials, plus soup broth, cookies, milk, coffee & tea. It's very close to main square, restos & ski lifts. The beds were super comfortable & the shower has strong pressure. We stayed for 2 nights & really enjoyed our time.
We'd stopped for a meal at the hotel restaurant once and decided to try out the hotel which is in a great location for reaching the upper Sierras easily. We'd enjoyed our meal previously and the hotel itself was just as good. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in a mountain location and away from the busy ski village itself.
Lovely staff.
Comfortable bed and a bath on bathroom which is great after spending day skiing.
Enjoyable breakfast.
Location good for getting to ski lifts just a shame there was very little snow, so couldn't ski in/out. Right next to bus stop for shuttle that goes around.
Parking outside hotel.
Hotel room nice and warm
We had a balcony in our room overlooking the slopes. The apartments are quite basic and a little dated but have everything you need. The apartments make a skiing holiday affordable. There is a great restaurant attached to the hotel which services really good food at reasonable prices. The wine is reasonable too.
Good ski alpine ski chalet vibe. Can use the ski lift adjacent to hotel assuring you have a ski pass - which you can purchase at the lift. Breakfast very good. Staff very helpful and relaxed. Nice touched like juice and Cava at reception and hot chocolate and pastries at the ski lockers.
We rented 3 days, warm little cozy studio with sofa bed and 2 bunker beds. Towels and linen provided, kitchen utensil complete. Clean and fast easy check in service from apt management company Elithouse, nice people that we ended book our kids lesson and ski rentals them.
Very spacious and clean with plenty of room. Underground parking was perfect as we arrived during heavy rain. Sofa bed was large and comfy.
Irene gave us details of a nearby hotel (5 mins walk) where we could book ski equipment and lift passes.
The location was amazing. Next to the parking, food and the lift. Rafa, the host, was super helpful with everything. He even suggested were to get the skiing equipment and when to access the best prices to buy the lift tickets.
The hotel is very pretty on the outside and views are great. Convenient I guess if you want to ski straight from the hotel. On ground level there are locker rooms, toilets and showers which you can use after checkout.
The location is in the center close to everything. Parking is located best to the hotel (not included) you can buy your ski pass in the hotel which is all very convenient. Ritual products in the bathroom.
The host let us in before check in time, which was a pleasure. Location was good with a shop downstairs, bus station in front of the house and ski lift at 200m. There was an elevator in the building.
The furniture of the hotel is perfectly in line with the mountain style, very nice, clean and equipped with every comfort to welcome tourists who go skiing and satisfy their every request
