The place was a good size, clean with comfortable beds, airconditioning and a balcony. Location was easy access to everything and dont forget to utilise the terrace upstairs. Great facilities to make coffee/tea and access to a fridge. Hosts were very helpful and accommadating.

Casa Filomena is just perfect, beautiful, charm, extreme clean , the host is one of the best I ever met , friendly, helpful , she has a great place. The neighbor is very cozy, and is 25 min aprox from plaza cataluyna , and two blocks from the property is the train. Highly , highly recommend it!

The location is just percect: it’s close to main attractions, right in the middle between placa de Cataluña y sagrada, but it’s not touristy or loud, it’s quiet. But it allows you to get anywhere by your own legs. To be precise. I’ve bought a 10-ride ticket for public transport, and I left Barcelona with 6 rides left because I could get anywhere on my own I liked the quietness and cleanliness of the place in general, the attitude of the owner towards his guests. The place has a shared public balcony on which I had a couple of lunches, it was a happy time for me.
