An amazing hotel with great ambience and beautiful interior. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed and was nicely furnished and spacious. Very comfortable bed and shower) The location is perfect, right in the centre, but quite quiet. Definitely would like to come back!

very beautiful old building with a lot of character. very good location and the staff is very nice. will definitely book again when back in Venice. The breakfast was also divine and the room was lovely with that historic furniture. th only thing to keep in mind, as it is an old building, is that there is a lot of stairs.

The following is a list of things we loved about staying at Residenza de l'Osmarin Suites: - The size of the rooms - the wonderful view of the small local canal from the main living room - the central location to the boat taxi, many restaurants, and Piazza San Marco. - the comfy beds - the cleanliness of the apartment - the ease of checking in with Maria Elisabetta. - the clear communication with her before we arrived

Elia and his team provided great service from check-in to check-out. When we arrived in Venice they arranged a water taxi to pick us up from the train station. And when we left they arranged a water taxi to drop us at the airport. Elia was able to provide a list of some restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel and the rooms have been renovated and look very modern, compared to other hotels in Venice. The room was comfortable and well laid out. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was only a 10 min walk to Piazza San Marco. I highly recommend this place when you are looking for accommodations in Venice.
