Extremely knowlegable and friendly staff, especially the dude named Mathieu. I was also impressed by how friendly and open all the guests were. Did not have a dull moment! Bonus points for having curtains on the beds for extra privacy, first time having this and I think it should be the standard in more places.

Breakfast on the beautiful terrace was a wonderful way to start the day in Faro. The location was walking distance to everything, especially loved that it was so close to the Old Town. The receptionist at the time was fantastic, he gave local recommendations (Thank you!) and gave us a map and some fun things to do during our time in Faro.

There is a small kitchen with free coffee, sugar salt and all utilities for making breakfast, simple lunch and dinner. The pension is only few minutes from the central bus station (opposite to which is a Spar supermarket which you need for bred, butter, sausage and cheese) and the train station. The street is full of restaurants and cafés; the two mini markets open till late evening. The Marina is not far, too. The rooms are rather quiet. The manager was always ready for help and advise, even when having to come from home (5 minutes by car).

A beautiful little room in a wonderful old renovated building. The shared spaces were just lovely, and the room provided the quiet and privacy I appreciate when traveling alone. It was located close to all the action but you felt completely removed from it once inside. I highly recommend this property.
