I was blown away by how clean and comfortable this was for a hostel. So cozy and tidy, everything about it made me feel at home - from the staff to the bedding to the kitchen and the TV room.

Great facilities, staff and atmosphere. The 8 people in my mixed dorm all became friends and spent the next few days enjoying the day trips and nightlife. It’s nice having the beach to walk by in the morning too. They also had a party on Friday with free entry for guests that was very good.

Ôxe Uai Hostel er staðsett í Arraial d'Ajuda og Pescadores-ströndin er í innan við 400 metra fjarlægð. This was probably the best hostel I stayed at in Brazil! It feels like a family and has such a good location. Even though they didn’t speak English and I don’t speak Portuguese i felt included in everything. It’s a really calm and relaxing atmosphere and super close to the beach. It’s a 25 min walk to get to the city Center but there is a small supermarket around 10 min walk away. Everything was super clean. I would really recommend!!

Its location was a standout feature for me - centrally located yet nestled in a stunning forest setting. The surroundings were incredibly calming, offering a lot of spaces to either work or simply unwind. The cleanliness of the facilities was impeccable, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and I felt completely immersed in nature there.
