Located in the popular area of El Pariaso, less than five minutes walk from the very busy area of Benavista and fifteen minutes walk from the beach, this comfortable air conditioned and very well equipped ground floor, two bedroom apartment is in an excellent location, within a gated community with communal gardens, swimming pool and underground car park. Two double bedrooms, both with double beds and mirrored sliding wardrobe doors, one newly refurbished bathroom with shower, WC etc, a large open plan lounge and dinning room and a small kitchen make up this very well appointed and equipped apartment. Please be aware that Spanish law requires us to obtain scans of the passports for each person staying at the apartment and it is required before entering the apartment. Within 30 seconds of the entrance to the gated community, there are bars and restaurants and in addition, in either direction, there are a plethora of bars, shops, restaurants and everything you will need for a great holiday. The apartment is 15 minutes from Estepona by car, 15 minutes to Puerto Banus and 20 minutes to Marbella. Malaga airport is a 50 minute drive.
We live not far from the apartment and are available 24 hours a day for help and advice. We have owned property in the area since 1977 and been in villa and apartment rentals for more than 20 years. We strive to provide a personal service and within that we offer to arrange airport transfers and car rental services. We will personally meet you you on your arrival and show you to the apartment, answering any questions you may have.
The apartment is located within a quiet gated community, with lovely gardens which includes a swimming pool. Close by are many restaurants, bars and shops including two small supermarkets. There is also a bus stop nearby. The apartment is situated midway between Estepona and Puerto Banus and so is ideally located for excursions. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you need.
