Perfect apartment for families or small groups located on the beachfront at Perellonet,few kilometres away from the city of Valencia. Wide and luminous, with a four- people capacity and a gorgeous terrace with sea views; just perfect to enjoy of some relaxing holydays at this Valencian Paradise and beautiful natural landscapes, as Albufera Lake and Natural Park, La Devesa del Saler, el Palmar... In addition, you can do many outdoor sports, from hiking trails to water sports such as paddle surfing, windsurfing, sailing or even volleyball on the beach. ¡Great for families willing to spend some relaxing time on the shores of the Mediterranean!
The area where the apartment is located is a hamlet of the city of Valencia belonging to the district of the Poblados del Sur and located in the Albufera Natural Park, a park worth seeing, especially during the sunset. Formerly it was a neighborhood of fishermen and farmers, where some landscape is still preserved. It has become a fashionable town, especially for summer vacations.
