From Munir and Kelvin, to the valet parking staff, to the poolside team including Shanti, Purna, Hariyom, Bharat, Sally, and the others, and not forgetting the breakfast crew, to the warm welcome by Farid at the front desk upon our arrival, and all the other staff members. Auristelle from the hotel front office ensured our comfort throughout our stay. Our experience at this hotel was simply amazing and welcoming. After 25 days, it felt like home. The breakfast and food, in general, were absolutely delightful. We also enjoyed a relaxing breakfast at the club lounge. Housekeeping was impressively professional, with Abeen and Bilal doing a fantastic job. We will definitely revisit this hotel when we return to Dubai. The rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony. The pool area is pleasant, and there were always available sunbeds. This hotel is at your service all the time.

I've been stayed couple times in Dubai and last time wasmy 3rd time I came there again and I was stayed at Summit Hotel and made some plans to Global Village and Miracle Garden eventually because last time they didn't open during summer. Take some travel for Abu Dhabi tour and Dubai Safari tour, was so amazing. Will visit here again for business pleasures!

UNFORGETABLE TRIP EVER
Dubai adalah negara yang sangat istimewa. Lingkungannya, segala macam bentuk Gedung-gedung bertingkat, transportasi memadai, makan gampang dicari. Desert Safari merupakan pengalaman yang ga akan bs dilupakan. Walaupun mataharinya silau, tapi cuacanya dingin, anginnya bukan sepoi-sepoi lagi, tapi kenceng banget.

I was hesitant about taking this hotel considering the fact that many guests complained on booking about the elevators and traffic noise. I must say there was no problem in this respect. We could not hear any noise and we slept perfectly well. We were on the 19th floor and we would wait sometimes for a few minutes for the elevator but most of the time we were not waiting at all. We had half board and food was excellent, plenty of choice for everyone. We were checked so many times by the staff and their chief if we were happy with everything, if we need any assistance etc. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Ms. Ranim at the reception greeted me with a warm welcome and upgraded my room. It was a lovely stay. I had gone for a wedding there at the hotel. The food was amazing. Next day when I checked out they asked me about the wedding. The staff were very pleasant and courteous.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and superb in every aspect! We stayed in a room with Burj Khalifa and Fountain view and we loved everything about our stay. The room was so spacious, clean and modern, every little detail was carefully designed for our comfort. The friendliness of the staff and the customer service are just exceptional and I can say we had the best experience ever! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody who wants to be treated with greatest care and attention as well as enjoy the most beautiful interior and really outstanding views of Burj KHalifa and Dubai Fountains. We had a special occasion to celebrate as a couple and the staff organized for us the best welcome treats and made our room so beautiful and romantic! Not only this but we also received the most beautiful bouquet with red roses on the second day of our stay because we had also a birthday celebration apart from our special occasion which was the primary reason for us choosing this hotel. We have the warmest feelings and will keep lovely memories from our stay in absolutely fabulous hotel and we can’t wait to return again!

The room was amazing very comfortable and the balcony during the night gave me a peace of tranquility. The staff were very supportive as my flight landed early. The staff gave me an early check-in and allowed my family to enjoy an early breakfast. The staff outside who were responsible for taking the vehicle were very polite and well mannered. The hospitality staff did an amazing job of cleaning my room everyday. The staff in the hotel deserve a bonus!

The location was excellent. The wide spread of breakfast items and cleaness of the restaurant was awesome. The staff remembered my group, our choice of breakfast drinks, and favorite table to sit in at. Lucia, one of the breakfast workers, was exceptional. She greeted us every morning we were there. I hope she gets to her dream place (Australia). Lucia was very nice, sociable, and professional. The staff accommodated me with a microwave in my room.
