A real boutique hotel. Taking care of all details, walking the extra mile to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. I was there with my family and they equally enjoyed the place. So quite and peaceful feeling as soon as you enter the hotel with breathtaking spectacular snd scenic views. The hotel is very close to Alhambra, less than 10 minutes away I will definitely return for a longer stay just to relax and enjoy the swimming pool and the beautiful panoramic view from the pool. I also understand that there are good horse riding facilities nearby, so horse riders..... this is the place to be. Breakfast was so good with a nice spread, and most importantly, their coffee was just perfect. It really complemented the breakfast. The staff was very friendly. So overall, this hotel deserves a 10 rating.

The planting around the hotel was very attractive. Professionally run yet very personal and friendly. Great breakfast and we had supper there too which was excellent. We were well informed how to get the bus into Granada and, what I think was a wonderful touch, we were given a bus card to use making it easy to pay. We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Granada and will certainly use it again if we visit the area.

Personalen var mycket hjälpsam och tillmötesgående. Vi fick reducerat hyran pga den dåliga lukten, vilket gör att vi kommer att boka med Bed and Snow nästa gång vi skall till Sierra Nevada. Lägenheten var perfekt 3 sovrum, bra kök, bra matplats och bra soffgrupp. Perfekt läge till skidliften, skiduthyrning, restauranger,mm. Mycket trevligt centrum med fina byggnader. Perfekt Parkering under boendet.

Jättetrevlig personal som frågade vad vi tyckte om hotellet, vad vi hade upplevt under dagen och småpratade med oss, bra engelska. Mysigt mindre hotell som är välskött och fint. Rekommenderar detta hotell om ni vill åka till t ex Sierra Nevada några mil bort och vill bo mysigt. Det kändes att personalen bryr sig om sina gäster, kanske var det ägarna som satt i receptionen.

Fantastiskt läge med vacker utsikt. Bra parkering direkt vid infarten till Sierra Nevada på -2. Ingång till hotellet från detta plan. Nära till skiduthyrare och till skidlift. Jättebra frukost. Vi hade halvpension men tyvärr inte så nöjda med den så vi åt ute några kvällar. Enkla men bekväma rum. Välstädat.Jättefin bar/lounge. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Everything The location is exceptional. Like literally on top of a mountain with the best view ever. Rooms facing a beautiful valley (We had booked the Quadruple Room) Ample parking for cars. Amazing rooms. Very spacious. Most helping staff. Their restaurant is also as great as the hotel. Amazing food. They have a play room which was great for us (Pool) and kids.

Cortijo Balzain is located in an ideal location for people who enjoy hiking & mountain biking & for those wishing to explore Granada, which is only a short drive away. The cortjo was well equipped with everything we needed for our time there & was amazingly clean. Patri was a wonderful host & was able to upgrade our cortijo for a larger one for our group & made us & our dogs very welcome. If you’re looking for a peaceful, serene, & tranquil location with amazing views & hiking/mountain biking trails right out of your front door, you have found it at Cortijo Balzain. La Zubia is a short 5 minute drive & where we found all the services we needed, & historic Granada is just 12 km away, approximately 20 + minute drive. Thank you again, Patri, for making our stay truly memorable! We hope to stay at Cortijo Balzain when we visit the Granada area again. ❤️❤️

Very very lovely hosts, they where super kind. Very neat and clean room! Location is absolutely stunning (Pictures dont come close to the real deal!) Our dog sadly had to go get emergency surgery during the night. They where very supportive and allowed us to stay a second night. The dog was even allowed to stay for free! Despite what happened to the dog, we really loved our stay and felt very welcomed.
