Super convenient spot, Parking Garage just behind, cost me 16 euros for the night, you could probably do better, Easy Access, Dog friendly, room looked brand new, very nicely finished, mine had a balcony big enough for two people standing drinking a glass of wine and the dog. I didn't meet any staff and didn't need too. Superb value at 35 euros, booked only a few hours before arrival, due to my maiden voyage in my new 2015 Tesla Model S taking way longer than I thought.
